Dear Daughter,

I have been waiting on you. Sure, you held out on your uninterrupted devotion to Me for a season, but I see that you have been leaning into the information I have sent to draw you (Jer. 31:3). You are bending toward my will. I love to see it. Keep coming.

For some time, you have been trying to control my hand. You thought because you were mistaught, that I could be manipulated. You thought because you were poorly taught, that I could be swayed. I am the same today, Yesterday, and forevermore my daughter (Heb. 13:8). I do not condemn you however for the misinformation you formerly adhered to, because now that you have received new information, let’s call it salvation, you believe it and are fashioning your thoughts and actions by it. I am pleased in that.

Daughter, I want to tell you, reassure you even, that I know the plans I have for you. They are plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you an expected end (Jer. 29:11). At the end of this pilgrimage to bring My Kingdom to earth through the gifts and talents I have apportioned you, like My Word reveals, you can expect a well done my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over few things and now I will make you ruler over many (Matt. 25:23). Come share My rest with Me. That my daughter, is your expected end.

Daughter, My timing is not a moment too soon or a second too late concerning you. I see the way you are behaving in adversity and the way you are coming to Me for wisdom and understanding (Jam. 1:5). I want to reassure you that the moment you prayed I heard you. I am sending My response and there is a war in heaven to delay them from getting to you, but take heart, they will get to you (Dan. 10:12-14).

Can we do something together? Here is what I want you to do. I want you to come to see Me everyday (Ps. 105:4). In our time together, I will give you a thought to think (Ez. 36:26), I will pray with you (Rom. 8:26-27), and I will give you a new song (Ps. 40:3). On days that it seems like I am silent, I want you to meditate (Josh. 1:8), roll over in your heart what you have already received of Me. After that, I want you to use what I am telling you in how you treat me and others (Jam. 1:22). Lastly, I want you to come back to Me and talk about it. The difference between where you are and where you desire to go will heavily hinge on the relationship we have, authentically.

My daughter, I pray you are ready for the love adventure I would like to continue with you. We started with a love adventure, and that is the very thing I intend to use to lead you to green pastures and still waters (Ps.23). This adventure will reveal so much about Me that you’ll barely be able to contain it. This adventure will lead to places in my heart that few find and are willing to travel because of what you think you will lose to get there. However, I assure you, there is nothing you will lose in this world coming to Me that you will not regain better in this world and in the next (Mark 10:29-30).

I’m ready for your wholehearted devotion daughter, and am excited that you are ready to give it. Let the adventure begin… again.
