My Son,
I know you have been waiting on that introduction. The introduction of a Father talking to His son, and you may or may not have heard it when you needed it, but it is here now. The wisdom of a Father to his boy is here. Why? Because you are no longer a boy, but a man. And Good Fathers give sound wisdom to the man their son is becoming. So, listen to my words, and take heart to the instructions I am giving you.
Son, I love you. I see you now and have always seen you. I see the strength in you coming alive. I see the way you make decisions and lead the people in your life. You are doing the best you can to make great decisions for those you love, but now, I need you to make godly decisions for the ones you love. The difference between a great decision and a godly decision is that in a godly decision, you invite Me, Your Heavenly Father into it to help you do what is right, and it has benefits for right now and into eternity. When you simply make what you think is a great decision, good as it may be, it only has benefits for the here and now. I have made you for more than the here and now.
My son, I love you. I have set so many eyes on you. The eyes of your family, the eyes of your friends, the eyes of your neighbors, and even the eyes of your enemies are on you. What do they see? DO they see that you are My Son? DO they know that when they come to you, you will say what I always say, and in the way I say it? Will they say when they see and hear you, “He’s just like his Father, GOD.”? My Son, I want you to be identified as MY SON to any and everybody who comes in contact with you.
I have made my men to be hunters. When you or your family need food, YOU go out and find it. It is the same spiritually. You have some spiritual hunger pains that you been trying to fill in good ways but not God ways. So son, I am sending you out on a hunt. Your tool, the Bible.
Go into the Bible and hunt out this spiritual food. Eat it, digest it, let it nourish your soul:
Ephesians 4
John 3:16 (the whole book of John eventually)
Romans 10:9
Ephesians 5
Psalm 51
Psalm 91
Exodus 23:24-26
Ezekiel 36:26
Son, I need you to repent from your rebellion. “I haven’t done anything wrong? What did I do?” My Son, you’ve tried to get through life in your own strength, making your own decisions, and doing it your own way. You need Me, and I am here for YOU! Accept me in your heart and let me be your Lord (owner—chief—leader—head decision maker—friend—Father) and let me be your Savior (eternal security package of a life in peace after life on this earth).
I have been knocking on your heart with everything you need. Let me in. I will train you, guide you, protect you in all your ways. I will make you strong enough for yourself and for your family. Your family doesn’t just want a good husband and dad, they want a GODLY husband and dad. It is impossible to love them the way they need you to love them without Me, but with ME, you can do anything! Just ask Me son. I will answer you and teach you. Are you breathing? Then it is not too late.
My Son, who do YOU see when you see you? DO you see yourself as My son? If not, today is the day to make that change. The hour is late, and I am coming back soon. I bring My sons with Me, but My enemies will have no place with me.
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20
Let Jesus into your heart. He is knocking. Let Him in.
Love, Your Heavenly Father
to respond to your words with all our heart. We wish to do what your Son tells us, what he commands us, for he has the words of eternal life. We wish to carry out and fulfil all that comes from him, all that is contained in the Good News, as our forefathers did for many centuries. Their fidelity to Christ and to his Church, and their heroic attachment to the Apostolic See, have in a way stamped on all of us an indelible mark that we all share. Their fidelity has, over the centuries, borne fruit in Christian heroism and in a virtuous tradition of living in accordance with God’s law, especially in accordance with the holiest commandment of the Gospel—the commandment of love. We have received this splendid heritage from their hands at the beginning of a new age, as we approach the close of the second millennium since the Son of God was born of you, our Today therefore, on the occasion of the first visit of a Pope to Ireland, we entrust and consecrate to you, Mother of Christ and Mother of the Church, our hearts, our consciences, and our works, in order that they may be in keeping with the faith we profess. We entrust and consecrate to you each and every one of those who make up both the community of the Irish people and the community of the People of God living in this land.
